Refunds and Returns Policy – Alpha Thread Co.

At Alpha Thread Co., each product is custom-made just for you. Since our items are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or buyer’s remorse. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive high-quality products and will gladly assist if there are any issues with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free reprint or a refund. To qualify:
✔ Contact us within 30 days of product delivery
✔ Use the Submit Issue form to report the problem
✔ Provide clear photos showing the issue

If multiple products are affected by the same design issue, an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame will be required for confirmation.

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method if applicable. If your selected billing currency is not USD, the refund will be issued directly to your original payment source.

What We Cannot Accept

❌ Returns & exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind
❌ Print placement variations within 0.5 inches (standard production tolerance)
❌ Unsuccessful deliveries (Reprints available for an additional charge or a partial refund may be offered)
